Make the following trigger:
Events:
Any Unit Dies
Conditions:
(Triggering Unit) == 'Zergling'
Actions:
Unit - Revive (Triggering Unit)
You can replace Any Unit (Event) with the unit you don't want to die. (Remove the condition then)

I believe you would find this easier with Data editor. I'm not expert on that tho but when it comes to affecting damage before it's done its mostly data editor

I'm looking for a way to temporarily keep a unit's life from going below 1 HP with triggers, it could be a behavior though. Please help :)

Two noob ways
1. Set him to invaulnerable
2. Set his health to an outrages number and make a trigger that kills him when you want him to die.
3 just thought of this. Make a trigger so when a units health hits 1 he is set to invaulnerable for a set amount of time.
OR use a cheat and make him into God Mode

I had thought of that but I was hoping for something that just keeps the units life from going further :( Oh, well, it'll do.
