I have been trying to create a bridge for my temple and the only bridge for it is broken "literally" and the only bridge that will work is the marsara bridge. Heres a picture. http://imageshack.us/f/808/bridgev.png/ However, I Dont Want to use this bridge. Any Help Would Be Much Appreciated.
Hmm, maybe the Mar Sara horizontal bridges aren't pathed. That's annoying. Perhaps try two vertical bridges or such? Bridges as a whole are a pain in the butt to work with.
I agree with that. I got to a point where I started to cerate my own bridge on top of the Bridge by squishing the working bridge down to 10 and just started to use my imagination to cerate temple around the bridge. This is what I came up with. http://imageshack.us/f/855/screenshot2011053120072.jpg/
Two additional methods for making such a bridge. One is to use that terrain object bridge he made, or one is to use a technique I really like which involves hiding terrain cells. The latter works well when you are using the height brush, and when the height difference between the bridge and the water under it isn't great.
If you are on the NA side of things, you can see how one of these bridges works. Just search for cortex roleplay Antediluvian Vale 2.0. This is an example of the terrain cell hide technique.
How do you get the Monolith Light Bridge to work as a bridge. Fist off I got the Bridge to work in the game with the trigger but my units dont want to cross the bridge Represented by the picture with the ghost. http://imageshack.us/f/195/lightbridge.png/ In the second picture with the blue bridge is just backing that the units can be on the bridge.

Heres how I Made the bridge work It was very simple. where you can remove terrain cells you can also add terrain objects that will incorporate the fine detail of cetain objects like the Coolant pipes as seen here http://imageshack.us/f/88/coolant.png/ that you can see you could not do that with the remove terrain cell, but instead with Add Terrain Object.
Hello, I got an issue with Monlyth light bridge. In the First picture, I had to postion the bridge where my grid lines dissect the bridge down the middle. When I did this the Terrain bridge (is what the units run across) Stayed and the Model bridge (What You look at in the game) had Moved where the Grid line cut the bridge in half. Now my problem is with the Terrain Bridge. How can I Move the terrain bridge where it is parallel with my grid lines.

Place double broken bridge, place Mar Sara bridge over it, go to data editor, set Mar Sara Bridge to hide in-game.
@Mozared: Go Thanks thats a cool bridge. I took a picture of it http://imageshack.us/f/585/bridge2f.png/ I got a problem with my horizontal bridge in that my units dont want to cross it they just stop at the cliff. While my vertical bridges work just fine. heres the picture of that. http://imageshack.us/f/197/bridge3.png/

I fixed my problem with the light bridge by deleting the footprint.
