I posted this in the terrain section and they recommended another area. Since it's pretty ambiguous I'll post it here.
So I'm not even sure if this is possible... but I'm looking to try and get a terrain object that is on the highest cliff level (3), that goes about a cliff level's above and is just a wall. Preferably squares so I can copy paste these guys all over.
If there's already an asset for this that'd be great, but I can't find it.
I was looking to have it match the (outdated) Shakuras walls, the ones from WoL, and be about the same height.
I've created a system where things like grenades, etc., can bounce off walls and such. Creating a footprint won't provide the right collision for this.
Under the Terrain objects data type the Height Codes field determines the height. Try a new letter that is not A-D. The Umojan massive cell uses A, try that as a test.
Well. That was probably the smartest idea ever lol.
But now I'm running into this bug where I've got my modified terrain object, and it won't let me delete it. I have to go into the data editor and delete it there, then reload the map.

Why must it be a terrain object and not a doodad with a footprint?

This was awesome. I got one Wall terrain object to go above the 3rd terrain cliff, but it's really not what I was looking for.
I guess this is more of a request to see if someone could design a simple wall terrain object that could be placed into maps?
Work on the footprint and the visuals can be added using doodads.
