I remember reading about this somewhere, but I can't find it after searching and googling multiple times.. so here it goes
I'm trying to make a movement system that leaves a blur trail like this :)
I'll see if I can do something similar at least.
You want a trail like the High Templar has (Though perhaps a different trail model). Yeah there is a tutorial about that, I believe it was newsed a while ago.

Aw, I just did it too, I was just making it look fancier.
I even used a Spectre! I feel very unoriginal.
I did it through triggers though, and I made it so it disables when cloaked.
