The editor is useless for multi-language support. Today I found that 'Mod -> Locale' thing but it does nothing to help. I edit my mod using enUS version so all the new text goes in that version. But I believe the game version I started editing my mod was enGB so my mod has files for it too. Using the editor I can't find a way to remove enGB from the list so players using thios version get language errors since this version is incomplete/outdated.
I removed the folder using MPQEditor but map editor still counts the enGB version so I believe players will get error for all custom strings now. I Also wanted to add a portuguese version so I included it using MPQEditor but the map editor doesn't recognize it.
What to do about it? Is there a way to work with languages properly?
Did you just add/remove folders? There is a component list inside each map (I believe it's called ComponentList.SC2Components or something like this), open it with a text editor and add/remove the locales you want in there.
@Talon0815: I think it worked to remove enGB from the list, but I added the ptBR version, which now appears in th Overview Manager, but it says its empty. I guees I'll test it in game with players that use these languages to see what happened, thanks.
@Kueken531: Yes, currenly I have enUS and ptBR, each one with their own files, but in the editor it says ptBR is empty. I'll try it with a Brazilian player later maybe its just a problem with the editor, because portuguese was already working even though it wasn't listed.
I just deleted all the folders but one. Make sure you have all your language files listed in the sc2components file as well. Just pop that open it notepad or textedit and make sure all your languages are in there.

enGB version was removed as it should. Thanks for all the help. The editor still doesn't recognize ptBR version but it works perfectly in game so I consider it solved.

Either you delete all languages but one from the folders and the component list, or each and every language needs to have separate text.
