i can edit the footprint in the Unit itself.. i have Layers+ and Shape+ in the footprint .. after opening the layers+ and selecting the Destructible Rocks 2x4 Vertical and then adding no pathing overlay (i think thats what suppose to be done) it sill does not work.. i cant seem to find the model-near collision you were speaking of
Collision works in the following way:
If you have just set the Unit_Collide part it will use almost "model"-like collision mask, if you add a footprint you can make a small object blocking a wide area
heya,
any idea how to set Destructible Rocks to have collision ? if you use them straight from the editor you can walk thought them..
Footprints.
to do "model-near" collision use contoured ones, otherwise stick with simple ones.
Footprints are defined in UnitData for each unit seperatly and can be created in FootprintData
ah tyvm :)
hmm ok ok im still confused :)
