I was wondering how can I do this? If it was just 1 doodad I would only change the Art Model in Actors but I want to have 2 doodads on it. I understand I have to maybe do a unit that attaches both doodads or something? How can I do this?
I'm not very clear on what you want to achieve. So you want doodads that have the building model but does not act as a real building in game ? Why 2 doodads ?

As far as I know, you cannot have two actors in one unit without using the attachment system.
That said, the attachment system is very restrictive without actually editing the bones of the model.
Not if you use SOps. With those you can create any static feature, mobile ones are alot harder.
