Ok I managed to get the Ragnaros model. I even went into 3ds max and changed the animation names to things like: Attack 01_full, Attack 02_full, etc. I got it back into SC2 and replaced the Zeratul model, the model shows, good. BUT I can't seem for the live of it, get it to do the attack animation. I can't even FIND the attack animation in the data editor, whether it's the actor, the model, or the unit.
Can anyone tell me what's wrong or how do you add animations from models into the editor?
Well first of all if you open the model with the SC2 preivew and hit the "+" key on the num pad does it cycle through your mentioned animations and does it play..
if it plays those animation in the previewer on not sure what you need to do next since, Im at that point as well.. I believe you need to edit the actor to play the appriopriate animations....
You may need to modify the unit data to get it to play the correct animations as well.

Before you export the model from WMV, you can go into the m3 export options and check all that you want, but you have to rename some of them.
For the attack animations that you want you have to rename them to Attack (instead of Attack1H, AttackUnarmed, whatever you need), rename the Run to Walk (Ragnaros probably won't apply for that but for others..)
And when you import them into the galaxy editor it should read them automatically and do them just fine.

animations are selected under events of the actor. you just need to add there when weapon 1 used play animation 1 etc
