I Searched a while to find an answer on this, but i didnt found nothing that fixes it for real, so im creating this thread asking about it.
the problem is that silly Language issue, where maps made by other languaged clients are fucked up on your game.
hope you know what i mean, this param/value/blabla stuff everywhere where text should be..
i read this has been fixed with the last Patch 11 - but it looks like it is not.
i cant open any other map, and play it without having these param issue.
now im close to release the first beta of my tankdef2.0 map, but im not sure if this issue is caused by me, and if im able to fix it.
i dont wanna release a map thats not playable due to these problems.
so is there an way to make the map playable for everyone else like including something in the script?
is there any way to make other maps playable on my game?
hope someones able to answer, because finding an real answer for this one was impossible.
Nope that doesn't fix it,
The Editor actually tries to fix it by copying your editor locale into the LocalizedData, but they aren't stored in the .SC2Map files (yet) so the locale still isn't working correctly.
The auto-locale was a mis-information, as I've just looked into the built-in browse of the GE ( console - browse ) and checked some maps that were actually localized but i hadn't checked, where the files weren't displayed before patch11, but actually are displayed post patch11 in the "root\LocalizedData\" of the MPQ/.SC2Map file
ahhh i just read the #3 post on that thread, because i didnt realized that there is more above it, and thought its meant the base files in starcraft2 - not on the map itself :D

there's a much easier way, and only requires one copy&paste in mpq's

and it locales for all languages at once
Are those maps made before the patch? It might be that the bug is still residing in older maps, so they need to be resaved with the new editor.
