Currently, there isn't any way to kill off a unit via triggers. You can order it to "suicide" though. You can also just send it off to a corner of the map, :P.
MWE or straight .xml editing, doesn't seem to make a difference.
For example if the UnitData.xml has only one unit in there, in-game will still show regular unit (like Marines, Marauders, etc.) in the unit list (shown in the help menu). Clearly it's loading stuff from the client folder, but editing the game folder contents isn't what I want to do. Of course, if I edit the units to be different then they will change on the list, but it doesn't actually remove any of them.

At the moment the only Galaxy functions that are implemented are the strict minimum for the AI to work.
There are two ways to "remove" your unit.
As Sixen said, you can give a suicide ability to the unit and use it with the AICast function. However you can't use it on player units.
You can make an invisible unit that does huge damages and can target anything. When you want to kill an unit just ask this imba unit to attack the unit. This works well but it's hard to kill multiple units at the same time with that technique.

How to remove units anywhere?
I try to find remove unit function, but nothing...
Mabybe can't remove units ??
What do you mean by remove units? As in, remove the starting units? Or remove a unit dynamically?
You mean like from the unit list in the help menu right?
Cause I was trying to figure that out earlier. I want to have a clear database with just my own units. Maybe it's another topic entirely here.
Would mean that like sc1 remove unit trigger
Using MWE?

Ah, this might be of some help...
