Perhaps you didn't understand from the tutorial but when you add the inventory slots that regulates the size of your inventory. You have the choice of any layout in a 8x8 grid. Unless you need more space than that (which would take up almost 1/4 the screen) you will have to make a different mechanic than the one that ships with the game.
To make the inventory the largest size possible without really doing much, you can just add 4 bonus slots to it that can't hold any item classes. Put one at 0,0 one at 0,7 one at 7,0 and one at 7,7. Tada. Larger inventory box.
Nop I understand perfectly. i don't want to modify the inventory size. I want to modify some item boxes sizes.
I want to use something else than 1x1 boxes everywhere. I would like to have some bigger boxes for stuff like sword you know.
I haven't gotten right click events to work. but what I do have working are left click and double click events.
left click is move around, double click is use item if possible.
Hi guys, does any of you knows if it is possible to make a higher inventory hole ?
Like to put a sword?
I searched everywhere in the editor and now I am fighting to make an inventory using dialogs.
Hope you can help me :(
Or if you can help me making a dialog based inventory which working with left click, right click and can move items ? (seems impossible to me)
Thanks for your assistance

Sorry but its a just a tutorial for making an inventory and I already know how to do it.
The main problem is you can't choose size for inventory cases. It's highly uncustomizeable
So I am seeking help on this subject

Well if I understand you correctly, you want to have items which are not 1x1 sized.
See this youtube movie as to what I think you mean:
That inventory system is made with Dialog Items.
I don't know of any way to make the default SC2Inventory slots larger.

hey finnaly someone understanding me ^^
I already though about dialogs but you can't really mod them as you wish right ?
Are the dialogs moddable enough to modify the right/left click events ?
Like enabling a trigger if you right click on a specific dialog box ?
Or dragging a picture into another slot ? It's the only thing stopping me :/

oh very nice. Could you tell me which triggers you used ?
As you managed to make double click and left click working I suppose right click is not that hard to manage with some tiny script

I used Dialog buttons. which by default have a left click event.
@Helral: Go
and what exactly did you use for the move item event ?
Thank's
