Hey guys I wonder if any of you would like to work on a colorizer. The whole point of the colorizer is to have better looking skins that will add professionalism and value to any map. I believe the coding is rather simple. Still I am not yet a good enough coder to do that by myself.
The way it works:
1. A user inputs a string of text, for instance "Hello"
2. A user choose 2 colors, for instance "Light Blue, Dark Blue"
3. The program then outputs this:
<c val="Light Blue">H</c><c val="Not so Light Blue">e</c><c val="Regular Blue">l</c><c val="Not so Dark Blue">l</c><c val="Dark Blue">o</c>
(obviously I am too lazy to look for the real color codes lol)
So now with that line you could copy and paste it into GE and then just think of the value you could add to your briefing, objectives, in game messages etc. with much prettier colors.

Err its broke atm, lol it kinda works, it over does it and gives a bad string O.o lol its kinda a funny bug in game when you manually add those \'s back in
Yeah 3rd color will be soonish once i get it figured out and maybe clean up the code i have already to find a simpler way to do this
As for adding to MWE, if they want it i can give them the code for it, but i think it would be best to have a stand alone version aswell for those not wanting MWE. Although when MWE makes its move to working with GUI then yeah, it definitely makes sense to have a colorizer there too

This is based on StringToText post made here:
http://www.sc2mapster.com/api-docs/functions/string-to-text/
So you're looking to do fading (that's what we called it back in the days of Ascii Art), correct?
Easy Enough, Already have it done, ill upload it as an asset

@Bifuu: Go
Good job sir. You have no idea how useful this is going to be =)
Nice work. Is it possible to add a third color though? Also, this implemented in the MWE would be good.
@HPX: Go

This makes me smile. :) check out the API Docs ^^
3rd color added with some other features
It looks great, this tool will be helpful. Was going to ask for a way to clear a color but noticed you use rightclick in order to do that.
Oh yeah forgot to mention that in the description xD ill go update that now
