As you can see, I got one region selected but the list of all the regions in the map is gone. How can I bring it back? I have looked through all the options but nothing seems to work.
It is freaking annoying.
I'm curious, if you go into the points mode and make two points and then turn one's visibility off, does it as well disappear from your listing of them? You might have turned off 'show hidden' or some such view mode, don't know where to alter that but if it reacts that way then you'll know what to be looking for at least.
Points work as they are supposed to.
As for the regions, as I can recall there used to be a list of all the regions on the map, where as I can only see my current selection of regions. I can not select any hidden regions or make regions visible again because the list disapeared.
Where is the config file located of the editor? Deleting it should fix it.
Edit: I have gone through all the options under view but nothing changed.
Yay it is back again! but i don't know what I did excactly coz I was messing around with the settings then it crashed and when I started it back up the list is back!
Thanks anyway!

That's just bizzare, restarting the editor didn't help? Can you still point at those regions with say a trigger or are they truly phantoms now?
Pretty sure you disable some UI components by mistake, try to enable some from the View/show UI menu (i'm not sure which one)

The regions are still there, I simply can't see the list of em.

Let's see if I got more luck with it this time.

Darn, well I know starcraft puts a pile of files under a folder in your documents folder, I'd look there for anything settings.ini lookin'.

I can't find any configuration file of any sort. Must be some obscure blizzard file format.

For future reference, I would check View > Show UI > Show Palette. That's what shows / hides that section, at least.
