How do you shorten Vortex time? In all of behaviors and effects, duration are all short like 0.135 seconds 1.174 seconds. I dont think those are for the vortex duration time. Does anyone know how to make vortex spin for a less period of time?

Then it would be the periodic effects duration
or the ammount of periods it runs for ....
