You could try using a Create Persistent effect to create various offsets infront of the unit and using an Enumerate Area validator it could detect if there is a unit in the path and then apply a buff to any units detected beyond that point using a second Create Persistent. The buff would be just like any other evasion and can be made to only trigger if the caster is attacking.

how and where would i put this validotr into play do i just add it to a buff or something im very confused
