Hi its me again just wondering if there is an easy way to make a unit have 2 reload after every 30 or so attacks as i am bad with the editor an easy way would be nice
Just get the weapon to add a counter buff which a second buff recognises using validators/requirements that then applies a buff that disables the weapon for a few seconds and removes the counter buff stacks.

Under your weapon you will find the Effect - Effect field, change this to a Set effect that contains the original weapon effect tree and an Apply Behavior effect. The Apply Behavior effect applies a Buff behavior with the Stats - Flags set to hidden and the Stats - Maximum Stack Count set to how many shots you want to fire before you have to reload (if you created a new buff then that is all you need to edit).
Create a second Buff behaviour and put it under the Behavior - Behaviors - Behavior field of the unit with the weapon. Create a validator of the Unit Compare Behavior Count type with the Validator - Behavior field set to your first buff, the Validator - Compare field set to equals and the Validator - Value field set to how many shots you want before it has to reload (should be same as the max number of stacks for the first buff). In your second buff put this validator in the Behavior - Validators (Disable) field and give the buff a Set effect under the Effect - Effect - Periodic field which contains an Apply Behavior effect and a Remove Behavior effect. Under the Stats - Flags field set the behaviour to hidden and the Stats - Period field is set to 0.0016. The Apply Behavior effect applies the third buff while the Remove Behavior effect removes the buff stacks applied by each shot (set the Behavior - Behaviors field to the counter buff).
The third buff is your actul reloading buff so wont be hidden. Disable the Attack ability under the Ability - Modification - Abilities Disabled field, Stats - Duration must be set to how long you want the unit not to be able to attack for while reloading, UI - Icon and UI - Tooltip must be set to something appropriate and Weapon - Modification - Weapons Disabled must disable your weapon.
