If you put the actors in order of actor type with action actors at the top of the list the 40th actor type from the top is Site, 47 is attachment, 50 is explicit rotation and 54 is local offset.
Site determines where missiles and attacks are launched from
Attachment determines which attachment point of the model the attachment is attached to
Explicit rotation adjusts the angle
Local Offset adjusts the position relative to the attachment
Event wise you want the first turrets to be created when the host unit is created. Under the turrets you want Upgrade.First upgrade(s).Add>Destroy
For the second tier turrets you want Upgrade.First upgrade(s).Add>Create and Upgrade.Second upgrade(s).Add>Destroy
And repeat as needed.
Each upgraded attachment will need it's own Site actor and Action actor
i know attachment and adjustment-side and moddeladiction, last time i used side rotation it didnt worked,and this event stuff didnt worked last time too i tried
maybe i do something wrong but i dont know what could be the problem
i will look for that hope i can manage this

i tried this to give the immortal 1 the thor arms and it worked fine but when i made a second imortal the axes screwed up
