I looked at your screenshot and all I can say is that field does work. You arent providing any other additional details. I dont see your units, or how the behavior is applied to them, or via what effects/abilities. All you show is an editor field and say "why broken", which its not.
That's because I don't need to provide a billion screenshots on everything that the behavior is doing. This field itself is not working.
Once again all the other stat increases are working fine on this behavior. The behavior is being added to the hero fine. There is like 5 other things it's doing.
I am not using any validators. The hero clicks the spell button/hotkey selects a friendly target/himself, spell adds buff. Ability goes on 15 sec cd and done. Buff increasing all other stats save the field in question. I've tried .10, 1.10, even 1.50 and the last 2 only increase the life of the unit by 1.
WHy does this not work?
Is this function broken?
I have a simple behavior that when added gives 10% stat increase. Every stat works save this field.
