I have an effect - target ability with a sound actor attached to it. I want the sound to be really prominent, but there's like, a billion voice sounds originating from the same unit playing in the background at the same time (from moving and attacking, etc.).
I want to have those sounds, but I don't want it to play more than one at a time - and I want the sound actor attached to the ability to take priority over all the other sounds.
I've been looking through the data editor, but I haven't found anything yet, so I figured I would post now in the hopes that you guys have an easy answer.

Edit: Just for clarification, it's only the other voice sounds that I want not to overlap.
