Ive created a map that has alot of triggers but regular spawn points. But the protoss and the human main base has no energy for unit building boost, prot, and raidar scan, human! Is this something you manually have to set? Isnt it standard that they should have this?

You mean to say that the CC and nexus dont have energy?
CCs don't have energy. Period. Orbitals do, CCs dont.
Nexus starts at 0 energy i think, it can't chrono boost right away if thats what you mean. or is it permanently on 0?
You understood it correctly anyway=) Thanks for that and sorry for my bad english. But no it doesnt even have a energy bar. Seems wierd due to the fact that its not a placed nexus, its just a starting point for player, and if he chooses prot, he recieves a nexus without any energy bar (The ability (chrono boost) is still there.
Is this normal and i have to fix, or is something bugged? Have i missed some kind of standard trigger?

Check the Data editor, find the nexus in it, scroll down to Stats and check all its energy stats and fix them.
