How do I make a behavior that absorbs 100 damage, and after the 100 damage is dealt, it will be removed.
Eg. Unit takes 150 damage, it will ignore 100 damage and deal 50 damage to the unit.
I checked out the "Defense Matrix" ability, but that increases the shield capacity of the unit. I just want to have a shield that is not a bonus to the shield attribute.
Try setting the Combat - Damage Response - Modify Fraction to 0 and the Combat - Damage Response - Modify Limit to 100. I know something like this is possible as I've created an ability that reduces all damage done to a unit by 50% until 60 damage has been negated.

ModeratorsThere are several fields associated with the damage response of buffs that might perform that function but those are untested.
