you can just give it a buff type behavior and in Behavior - Modification under the Unit tab set the Vital Max Bonus to 150,000 this should give it 150k bonus hp
It is possible to get units with over 1 million hp this way. Although the Unit - Modification - Vital Maximum Fraction field is more effective for big numbers.
Specifically, instead of 100,000 I would like 250,000.

A behavior exactly like Zasekle described would work. But is there some sort of internal HP limit? Try what he said though.
