You tried applying some actor events to hide them? If you look there is a Simple type actor that handles the return to visibility so logically there must be some unreferenced actor that handles the change in opacity.

Unfortunately, this seems to indeed be connected to the vortex model itself. I tried playing around with it for quite a while; even just changing the model path (without changing the base model object) caused the distortion and hiding of the units to fail.
You could try to make the vortex transparent; I did not try that yet.
When i am using another model for mothership vortex ability it doesnt make units disappears. Can i use such visual with other models?
You given the target units a buff with the Warpable flag enabled under the Modify Flags section?

I didn't change anything exept model and units now just getting sucked in center and remains there
