Im looking for a way to decrease the amout of range that a unit automatically attacks an enemy unit in. As in, I want units to be able to get closer to each other without the automatic attack command to trigger. Anyone knows how to do this? Please keep in mind that the player in control of the attacking units has full view of the entire map at all times, so simply decreasing the view of a unit is not an option.
You might find something in Gameplay Data, look for its tab in the data editor, from what I know it's not possible though, you can only increase that range with Minimum Scan Range on weapons.
just lower the scan radius of the weapon to the range of the weapon. should this not work have a look at data editor -> game data -> Fight: aquire leash radius and movementLimit.

Lol I actually figured this out minutes after I posted this thread. That always seems to happen to me. Anyways, thanks nonetheless. Changing the scan radius of the weapon is the way to go.
