I'm not a max expert but I seem to be having issues with my uv maps I cannot get them to relax correctly so I can have a nice flat image to map any tips
Too dark, but from what I can tell your topology is funky.
Post a better lit screenshot, preferably wires too, and the UVs.
Will you be doing a highpoly for baking? If not - Boo!
This is a model I put together quickly with a test render has 472 verts I will work on the maps for it now.
has one cannon center top and two multi missle launchers to the left and right on the cannon two tank treads front and one rear wheel
