There is a bug that when AI dies, it wont be able to control the computer thingy, so he cant revive, or lock doors, and etc.
However, if someone try to reboot, he wont die. So he is just there, an speaking voice whitout body.
Why not a moon that goes around planet, on which you can find an old altar, and completing some quests, you can activate it, to get an ancient weapon, left there by an now extinct race.
Also in Genetic Lab there could be an locked cell that you can open whit a code of the Scientist, and inside theres a Brutalisk that the alien can by complex quests tame and use it to destroy is opponents.
