I would like to allow refineries to have reactors, but after ordering the construction, it asks for a target location, and gives the error message that no units can handle that command, but it has the add on ability.
I've tried increasing the addon offset but that doesnt seem to work.

It appears the issue is simply that the geyser is in the way of the 3x3+2x2(addon) placement.
