Hey guys I've been experimenting with different 3rd Person Shooter Style games and have been having issues with adding a skybox. I assume someone out there has finally mastered a technique with this without having to use all the irritating triggers and data modifications.
The TPS script I am using is the one borrowed from someones full remake of the SC1 episode 1- Rebel Yell used in the Jacobs Installation mission (If you haven't seen it, its actually pretty cool), but IF someone could help me out here, please assist.
I have attempted mulitple techniques in making a skybox out of units, using triggers, and what not. IF there is an even simpler way please help.
Skyboxes out of units is also a possibility that isn't even all that hard but gives you additional control. I go into more detail as to how this works in an episode of the Terraining Thursday, somewhat near the end of the cast, iirc (around the 50 minute mark).
I didn't check out Mozared's link but I should mention on my youtube page you can find my 3rd person rpg tutorial which i *believe* at some point I go over a moving skybox that moves with the camera or whatnot.

Does this help?
