    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Play freestyle on YABOT Xel'Naga Caverns either multiplayer or singleplayer.
    2. Make an Orbital Command.
    3. Import encoding on sc2builds.com.

    The resources counter shows the resources AFTER the OC has been commissioned.
