Changelog

-Now the Artifact correctly gives the reputation to the Chosen One.
-Now if you die reclaiming a Relic, they reclaiming will always fail. Before you'll still be succesful until you respawn.
-Now the heroes correctly gives experience and minerals when killed by other players.
-New loading screen.
-sc2mapster link added to the loading screen.
-Probably a random bug with the Mercenaries' Medevac staying in play after unloading is already fixed.
-Expose Armor now has a cursor effect.
-Some trees have correctly marked so no quest unit spawns inside them.
-The main objetives will always said how much Reputation you win by doing them.
-The Ultralisk no longer gives 200 xp and minerals when killed.
-Now Expose Armor correctly decreases the shield armor by 2 too.
-Blinding Grenade range is now 3 around the target and now decreases attack range by 4/5, up from 3/4.
-Now all heros regenerate life a bit faster outside of combat.
-All Tier I quest warnings on the minimap now last 10 second longer.
-The following Tier I quest now has a range check for spawning (they can't spawn now close by direct line, but far away by ground): Scientist Patrol, Queen Creep, Sensor Tower, Protect the House and Protoss vs Zergs. Also they can spawn a bit far away by direct line.
-The Barracks from the Tier I quest now will always build a few Marines if not killed fast enough.
-Added a few Tier III quests (level 8+). Some players will keep getting Tier II quests tought, not enough quests for all the players.
