Added a Respawn units button to the unit creation panel. Units created last test will be recreated, great for those moments when you want to test a composition, and after testing decide you'd like to add in units.

Added a Reset upgrades button to the testing panel, resetting all upgrades done (and resetting the test, because the existing units retain their upgrades).

Completely fixed Interceptor bugging with the Resource panel.

Repositioned some dialogs for aesthetic (and likely nefarious) purposes.

Replaced crane doodad with junk.
