-Added engine to Beast Pit map
-Prevented anchor grapple from pulling barrier & anchor plant units
-Modified grapple to fix Real rounding issues (which would cause a .0002 difference, but that's extremely visible when tiles are layered on top of each other)
-Added low-level fog to map
-Fixed some of the height region issues
