• fixed a bug involved in copying XML nodes for arrays for SC2 data
• got rid of unnecessary printing to the console, to make user experience better
• SC2DM_foreach can now only increment. It can no longer decrement. In other words, its contents will not be used at all if "from" is greater than "to".

Sometimes there will be an error while backing up the map. Ignore it and restart the program until the error no longer appears. This is most likely a problem with the boost filesystem libraries.
