I also have this problem. Did anyone who was capable of reproducing it find a way to fix it, and if so, could you please provide detailed steps?
Edit: Thanks DrSuperEvil. For any who come across this thread, find the unit soa mothership v4 and in the linked items select the actor (or just go straight to the actor in that tab), in the Events, delete everything referencing the Mothership Core (and if you want to clean it up a bit, also delete the things that turn green when you do, since these are all based on the Core events).
