I am a professional artist. Unless you're talking about $30 per hour then $30 for one piece of art is practically an insult (if your looking for pro quality). Professional quality graphics take HOURS to complete and are expensive. I'm telling you this so that you understand how much it costs for a piece of art. You may find someone willing to do it for $30 but TRUST me you will get what you pay for.
If you want a professional quality graphic I can do it for you but it will cost you more than $30. I will do it for $75 (and that's on the low side - but I'm trying to help you).
