    @TedJustice yeah it "works" but the tint looks really ugly since it tints everything instead of just like the aura for example Yeah im gonna have to learn to model now... :(

    Hey I've been searching the forum, and there's nothing addressing how to do this: I can't find a way to modify the glow/aura coming out of the preserver and change the color from blue to green. Ive tried changing the tint color but doesn't work. Also, itd be cool to have the glowing circles present on the preserver change color per player like other units. Thanks in advance!

    Before I go about spending countless hours trying this and possibly screwing up my entire map, i need to know if: Is it possible to attach a terrain objects to a building that has that corresponding doodad model? (more specifically, i created a brutalisk pit structure using the zerg hole large doodad model, and i'm wondering if it's possible to have the terrain object attach to the building) If yes itd be great if you can detail what to do, but otherwise a yes or no works fine

    So I thought itd be cool to have a carrier launch interceptors via an ability and which would heal for a short time before they die. I added and modified what i could, cept that my interceptors just launch then immediately return when targeting an ally. help?

    So I changed the zealot build model to the archon merge, and strangely, it works with the energy ball... So I'm guessing the problem is with the archon itself ...

    it sorta works... except it becomes like an instant spawn. What I'm looking for is the energy ball thingy that happens when two templars merg and 5 seconds later the archon gets built

    I cannot for the life of me figure this: I added the ability to warp in archons from the warp gate. Works fine, except the animation is just the very beginning of the warp in animation and doesnt move or animate. I've been messing around with the actors and models and stuff (and ended up screwing up a bunch of stuff ... ) but nothing works. Itd be cool to have the typical warp in or if thats too complicated then just the archon merge animation. Can anyone tell me what to do?

    Hey I created gates around the team base in a hero map. The objective is to control certain points which creates a colossus that starts gathing minerals at that point and brings it to the nexus at the team base. My problem lies in that the colossus won't move to the gate region at all to open it and pass through, since the ai deduces that it is impossible to enter the base because the gates are closed... In short, is there a way to make the ai recognize that the gate is openable?

    I've already tried making a bunch of triggers ordering it to first move then return cargo once it enters the region, but it doesnt work and its really messy.

    posted a message on Pre-Casting on a trigger-made ability

    Also, another thing on a different subject: i'm using the hide game ui trigger since its an rpg map. But after the player recieves a certain kill streak i need a minimap to appear at the center, and once the player pings a location on it a nuke would fall there. Everything's set up so that a nuke falls on the ping, but to show the map all i can do is show the game ui briefly, which displays the minimap in the bottom left corner. How should i go about creating a custom pingable minimap ?
