I just found out about this and this is amazing, I just love stargate, watched all the sg1, atlantis episodes/movies and now universe, I would love to be part of the project working with triggers, I wouldn't call myself an expert as you said you are looking for on the team page though. I made some unfinished maps with triggers and some custom ui, and I think I would be of help to the project.
I really think this can be a great map, there are so much possibilities, I can't wait to play it, and I hope I can be a part of it. Thanks.
The set maximum shields is bugged, it's not changing the maximum shields, it changes the maximum life instead.
For example, you have 50 shield and 100 life in the unit, you set maximum shields of that unit with triggers to 70, then the unit will have 50 shield and 120 life. If you set it to 35 for example, the unit will have 50 shields and 85 life.
Its doing the calculation right, it knows how much it has to increase the shield to get it to the max I told it to, but its increasing that in the life instead of the shield.
I was looking for a sound for a skill and found the subtitles for the audio that is played on the tutorial and some challenges, you can have an idea of how the challenges and tutorial will be like with them. I didn't bother to transcript because it's a lot so just took screenshots:
Did you start working on banks/saving yet? If you save a unit in a bank it doesn't save the experience/kills/items, just the current HP, energy and unit type, which is useless for rpg maps, and there doesn't seem to be a way to get/set the experience of a unit, or the items. Seems like saving your hero with the exp and items is not possible right now, with banks at least.
You can disable the "Linked Cooldown" option from the weapons, that way you can fire 2 weapons at the same time if that unit has both, but the problem is if you add more than one of the same weapon on a unit, only 1 will be active, so you would need every weapon to be different.
Nevermind, found the error, I was using _ in the bank name, and it was saving without it, so when it opened it didn't match the saved one and always created a blank one.
I'm trying to save units with banks, saving/loading is working while in-game and all, but if I restart and try to load it doesn't find the bank, its not saving after exiting, and I did use the "Save Bank" action that is supposed to save it to use on next sessions, but it doesn't seem to.
Nice tutorial, helped me start with heroes without much trouble.
But I noticed that you are setting "Powerup Cost" on the items, I assume it was to be the item value to be used when pawning and stuff, you should change it to "Repair Resource", that's the one that is considered when pawning.

Heroes experience and items/inventory are not saved when you save it as a unit in a bank either, only the hp/energy.
