    not really an expert here but that sounds not too easy :) I would maybe do one of the following two options: 1. make only two effects instead of three and just check if the target is on a cliff or not. 2. Make the effect dependant on the source height/cliff. It might not be the wanted solution though but it sounds easier to me.

    Hi,

    i found a couple of posts about the monorail itself, its movement and facing angle. However i have another issue to solve in this context.

    As i did a 4v4 map (publishing later) i implemented a Monorail with a couple of stations just for the flair and lookalike. I wanted to further extend the rail system to have it more across the Map. I have plenty of different terrain levels though and i dont get the single monorail tracks fit to each other as soon as i try to go up or down a cliff/ramp. I tried to adjust the height and or the facing angle, but neither works out well (tracks are no more fitting into each other) (I could have the whole monorail at heigth 7 or 8 but thats not the intention and it would look ugly)

    Can Someone advice how to have a single monorail track start at a specific angle/height (10°/lvl1) and end at a specific angle/height (10°/lvl3) so that it can surpass cliffs and such? If this is generally not even possible if i change the model of a track or whatever any kind of workaround would also be very much appriciated.

    Cool Stuff, Good idea! I am currently creating a 4v4 map for me and my friends and i included a monorail just for the optics. As there are currently "only" 4 threads about the monorail i choosed this one to post my question here as it looks like the best thread on this topic :)

    I wanted to have my monorail pass cliffs and or other terrain heights. I tried to adjust the height/level of the single rail doodads, but as soon as i place one on a higher ground i cant have the rails fit into each other. Despite of the view angle, is there any option to adjust the angle of one or more rail tracks? (e.G. start of monorail track is at height level 1 end at height level 2 or 3) Another way or workaround would also be appreciated. I just want to have my monorail (as a part of a large railroad system with couple of stations) included in my map and it would look so much cooler if it could pass mountains etc (not to speak about tunnels).
