Im making a TD map and made my first tower, duplicated auto turret, when they actually go to fire at incomming mobs i get his error
"Can only create one actor action per effect" then everything explodes... whats wrong?!
Edit: fixed it to where they dont explode.. but im still getting the warning (error) I duplicated everything so im not understanding why i get the error
Edit: I took out the tower completely and just added a regular game tower, not modified or anything and im still getting the error :/
So im trying to do a sell tower trigger (im horrible with this map editor) and i found a post with someone saying to do this:
Modify player (Triggering player) Minerals: Add (Integer((*(Real((Minerals Cost of (Unit type of(Triggering unit))))), 0.75))))
After spending like a few hours trying to figure out how to actually do it... i gave up... for the life of me i cant find anything that says "mineral cost of " anything... can someone break this down for me and tell me where i would go to do this? thanks :)
i dont know if im doing this right or if blizz changed something but everything i look up that tells me to modify the radius = collision... im having issues... i dont want mobs knocking against eachother i want them to be able to stack... if i change the movement-radius my mobs wont spawn... i cant find anything else, please help ive googled and nothing i found helped... one thing i found said giving the mob the ability ghost (show) works? i wouldnt even begin to understand how to do that :( help me plz!
i go to the section where people post their map and folders and when i click on what theyve uploaded all i get is a internet window of nothing but coding... anyone know why i cant download what they posted?
will someone please explain how to make a trigger for my tower defense map? trying to make 1 unit spawn one at a time to make a line, but its not working for some reason, i want to incorporate unit types like, fast, heavy armor, light, ect ect maybe a boss wave, anyone mind explaining how to do this? im super new and dont know a lot so please explain in detail or point me in the right direction of a tutorial, thanks :)
Then do the same thing with health, and money gained per kill, then make a trigger so its general like,
Actions
Unit- create 1 spawned units[current wave] for player 15 at point 001 using default facing (no options)
something to that extent but it also pulls the HP and Bounty amount instead of just wave list so i only have to look at one page if i want to edit the money or one page if i want to edit all the hp for every wave instead of a shit ton of actions specifying each wave

ive been trying to look but is there any way to give a player minerals if they didnt get any kills?

doesnt do anything by right clicking, i found the problem... firefox just doesnt recognize it as a file, so i had to open internet explorer.. bleh!

ok something like this,
Actions Variable-set spawned units[1]=wave 1- Marine Variable-set spawned units[2]=wave 2- Viking
Ect Ect
