All upgrades of my RPG mod [ part of the FPS / TPS / RPG / RTS Mod ] have a visual release. New 3d model of the Hero unit with some 3d models of each upgrade. You can select one of three types of armor [ Marine, Marauder or Ghost ]. Each armor has unique ability [ Marine - StimPack, Marauder - Heavy armor and Ghost - Cloacking field ]. Also you can select one of 6 types of weapon. 3 Heavy weapons [ H-Flamer, H-Minigun, H-Rocket Launcher ] and 3 simple types of weapon with combination between them [ Chaingun with Flamer, or Rocket Launcher with Chaingun etc. ]. Last thing - one of three Jim Raynor's abilities [ Plasma Shot, Grenade or Slowing Field ].

I'm also a bit sceptical on how FPS works in multiplayer. I'd much rather see this as an offline singleplayer map, because that's the only way to have decent WASD+mouse controls in SC2. Even if it's "slow and steady", lag with keyboard controls is too annoying for me. But then again, I'm the guy who almost ditched Skyrim because the controls felt too awkward. Even after tweaking and getting used to them and noticing how great the game is, the controls still make me grit my teeth from time to time. Anyway, my point is... don't underestimate the impact that good controls have on making a game good.
FPS/TPS mode is fine in multiplayer. You can look at my videos (2-3 players in multiplayer with FPS/TPS modes). It's absolutely playable.
Plus the "IA" of your "team" is really dumb... try to do something about it cause it's really ugly to watch :/
There is no special AI in my map - this is units in "follow unit" mode :P This map created for co-op game and, for best result, one player must controls units in RTS mode.
UPD: The old version of my map had a little bug (starcraft 2 demo-bug :D). I fixed it - new name of the map at EU BNet - "Piercing the Shroud [ FPS TPS RPG RTS ]"
Well, as I believe Gears of War is using Unreal, I could probably rip models from it and get them into sc2 without too much difficulty just like I could a bunch of other unreal-based games. Not that I'm going to, mostly because I am lazy and uninterested.

I found strange thing with Mouse events. If you know any about this - please answer a question :)
1. I launch third person camera (with Lock camera mouse relative mode On trigger).
2. Mouse is hiding.
then
- Trigger with "Player clicks mouse button" event is working fine (XYZ position of hidden mouse detected)
- Trigger with "Player moves mouse" event doesn't work (XYZ position of hidden mouse not detected)
Is this a bug? If not, how I can launch "Player moves mouse" event in my situation?
