If I recall correctly, Dialogs will actually scale to match the player's resolution. For example change SC2 to windowed mode, and drag the window edge to change the resolution, and it should scale correctly.
All i could find was people somehow creating units with text tags that displayed the image, which was stated here. What I really want is to replicate what the image below is accomplishing.

I wanted to accomplish what was mentioned in this thread, however the test map doesn't work, and displays the error:
If anyone would be able to help me solve this error, or knows of any other way to accomplish editor placed 2d images, I would appreciate the help.
