The task is simply, post your best sandwich recipes/ your fav sandwich :P
Ingredients
2 three grain toast
1 ham (can vary due to size)
1 cheese (can vary due to size)
ketchup
mustard (hot one)
4 cucumber (can vary due to size)
Well and doing it is kinda easy. (without sandwich toaster/maker)
Toast the three grain toast.
After you've toasted put the mustard on both toasts on one side, so you've got a base of mustard (like butter) on your toast.
Now put the ketchup right upon it and mix it (the ratio is your choice - i prefer 2:1 (so more mustard than ketchup)
One side ham, other one cheese, cucumbers between cheese & ham, and you're done :)
As I assume you are speaking of a static region, you could create a function, which is returning the player holding the region if none is return -1, checking permanently if a Unit of UnitType is in that region and getting it's player for return.
not sure if a function for UnitInRegion exists, but if not you could check it with 4 points defining a shape and 4(?) conditions
Last created cargo units don't exists (anymore) i guess you would have to use a Unitgroup for the lings to order them to attack or store them in a variable after #3 would be my quick guess
Should work if you have the original map (and if we guess protection is not in on 2nd beta phase) - they would require to change the whole format, where is no reason for it (other than protection) - but locally "non-protected" maps should still work.
They deal immense damage to walls & light units,
can be used as mines - yes mines - burrow & explode <3
they are awesome - and i mean this awesome :
they are highly effective against wall-ins, even with siege tanks (just have to use a meatshield to get the fire on distracted)
early beta (where 3Marines:Marauders was pure-win for terrans) they just made Blopp 1/4 army still there
drop them into eco
block new expansions for the enemie (banes burrowed in minerals)
They are useful - if used correctly and microed
Ah and the last reason for their existance: Everyone now wants a baneling plushie.

r12 is out right now. If you had issues with localization failing, give it a try and post feedback here or in comments.
If you find new bugs post a ticket (i don't prefer comments) for it, or add a comment to an already existing ticket.

no - it's just that it's not using the absolute value of a number - instead it is narrowing straight to (-1+IntegerMax)
C++ :
<<code c++>>
(int) -1.4f-1
