Add an effect called Periodic Damage for example, type of the effect must be Damage. Put the values of the damage in that effect.
Then in your behaviour, in Periodic Effect, add the Periodic Damage effect. That will call each 3 seconds the Perodic Damage and do the damage. The period of a behavior is only for calling effects...
My map is now on beta and I already published a version to Europe, but I'll love to do some testing with 5+ players. Is hard to get more than 1-2 friends to help, they are always busy with WoW, ladder or Nexus Wars :P
I'm FrodoBolson at Europe, I don't remember my code and I can't log here, so I'll update later or just post your info if you are interested and I'll invite you.
Doesn't really work with Catalog, because is a multiplayer game, and the same heros from the other players will gain double skill points if they level while other player is level 9.
I'm surprised you can't do something simple like this. Maybe with script?
I don't know why, but the units that usually don't have a mineral cost (like the Scientist in my example), even if you put a mineral cost, they return 0 when you call the action Cost of Unit Type.
I tryed to put all the stuff in the data editor the same as other unit, but still doesn't return the mineral cost.

You don't have to add a behavior modification.
You need to call a periodic effect type damage that does X damage. With the other settings you said must work.
In my map there is a effect like that if you wanna take a look, is called Tychus - Biological Damage (debuff) if I remember well.

I'll love to do some testing today at 18:00, Spanish time (GMT+2 with DST, or look at http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/time-zone/europe/european-union/spain/time.htm )
This is the map if you wanna take a look before: http://www.sc2mapster.com/maps/xelnaga-relics/

I'll love to have some options to localize a map to multiple languages in one file. Just a tab in each text field with Default, EnUS, etc.

Use an event Any Unit Enter Regions
Put in conditions:
AND
(DT1 is in region 1) == true
(DT2 is in region 2) == true
(DT3 is in region 3) == true
Then in actions whatever you want.

Is an option called Hide Maximum Level. I don't remember where it is exactly. In the hero tutorial by OneTwo he explains it for sure.

I'll love to see my map played some night.
Just published it to Europe. Is beta right now, but playable. You can play it alone if you wanna see how it works.

You can't train anywhere the units I need to set their mineral cost.

Changing this can be done in a few minutes if they have enough space. Global publish can take them weeks or more, depends on the infraestructure.
Is a start anyway.

Don't order the Medivac to move. Directly use the Drop All (or whatever is called) order to the droppoint.

Sorry, but I don't wanna give him extra attributes. Only an additional skill point. There is a way to give an extra skill point via buffs?
@Asurax, I'll try to do that, probably will work.
