I don't know if you've played Path of Ashes but I believe that's what you're basing it off of? (Was a Wc3 RP map a loong time ago.)

Roleplaying maps are pretty large projects.

One thing you guys need aside from models and icons, is a spawn area (see the RP's from Wc3). Instead of having to type out every single freaking unit/building (you also need 100000 ore/gas, instead of melee start resources.). Your terrain is also too cluttered in some areas.

    Just, my two cents.

Edit: You should also try the HIVE as well as here, I'm sure there are people all over.

There's the "Damage Display Effect" in a weapon as well, don't forget to set that to the same effect as the weapon effect.

Do I have to make that too or is it under the (Damage) weapon.

Nice. I am working on a Hero wars remake myself. I have 5 hero's done and several abilities. Teleporters and upgrades are done. Spawning and movement is done as well. I am doing a closed beta with my friends atm.

Did you use custom upgrades or change original ones? I can't seem to find out how to change costs. (The map is mainly for my friends more than publicity)

I'm working on a Hero Wars map already, I think the terrain is decent, the spawn triggers are working just fine (How the units spawn at the back of the bace and follow a path to the middle to the other base, the beacons to tele you to the front/back)

All I got left is making heroes/abilltiies, and hero selection.. that'll be the Alpha/Beta version.

Alright, this would probably explain it..

    Theres no one with (Damage)

Theres an effect that says Splash Damage, its not in )('s though...?

EDIT: Kay, I created an effect under Damage, now it instakills the units im attacking (deals 25-30 damage), and no matter what I put Combat: Amount to, it doesnt change.

Don't wory, I searched for about 12 pages worth (using the keywords: modifying damage/changing damage) of results, and found nothing of what I wanted.

Back in the beta I was easily able to change the damage of units, I remember it being under Weapons (if not units).

But it's not there, and I don't want to add an upgrade with the green +#.. I want to change the base damage of the units, its really frustrating spending 30 minutes trying to change damage.

    What I followed up:

Took the baneling, removed the explode ability Added the Virophage projectile vomit-looking missile. Shows the damage as 25-30 (or something like that)

The damage wont work, it shows the value 25-30, but it deals no damage (I'm attacking a changeling marine) But I can't find the values to change it either.
