I want to ask for you guys to help me research how to apply a texture to a model that doesn't really have the slot for it.
Like Stalker, Stalker's Specular map gives both the Shinny effect and the Glow effect when dark, but the emissive effect that included with the specular map is a team color glow effect, I want to make a constant color emissive map for Stalker, but I tried my best, won't work.
I think there will be some tricks in that "properties add/remove/set" and the "texture information" part. haven't seen any blizzard default models trying those yet.
Allenvironmentmap.m3 has the environment texture that, could be applied to normal models, but I haven't try it yet cuz there is no such a slot for environment textures...
If you want to make a emissive team color glowing effect
when you make the DDS, only put value in the Alpha channel, if you do put value into the RGB channel, it will block off the team coloring by Alpha channel.
so it means, RGB channel in emissive texture will block off the Alpha channel, and the Alpha channel is the team color Mask.
I could say that, to change Actor Action's model Texture is really hard. but to change any units' partical effect, you can try Texture Select By ID. I feel it will be a lot of testing along the way.

yea I know! but you can just leave that timer duration to 0, it will work!..LOL, don't even need to put a single number into that duration part..
you know, change the duration could take some seconds, without set any duration, it will save some seconds.. XD

You know what, my friend chilled said that too many Timers will make the game slow, and I turned that Timer duration to 0, it worked....LAWL!

Hmmm, I didn't mention this is a new dropship at all, I just made new texture for the original model of SpecOpsDropShip.
PS: I made the dropship a weapon, not the dropship. I never made a model.

Does it suppose to be able to move while firing interceptors?
I couldn't figure it out at all, Carrier always fire on one target and never launch interceptors when it's moving.
Diamondback fires while moving even though you give it a command to move, it still firing if there is an enemy.
Hmmm, Carriers are wierd..

Just figured out how to change Every textures on a model by TextureSelectByID.

Attack is an ability
Move is another ability
but Carrier doesn't attack at all.
Carrier launchs intercepter to attack
the problem is Carrier doesn't launch intercepter while moving
Time to start the SC2 Editor and try to make it happen.
