Hey thanks for the info, well I tried what you said but it still doesnt work, im just following the tutorial that I linked in my first post and using the sc2mapster logo just to test.
Okay for the past hour or so I've been trying to get a custom model of mine working just to learn how to do it. Now the model works just fine but even though I have imported the texture the model is still purple with no texture.
So I thought it may have something to do with my model so i tried this tutorial exactly
except my logo comes out purple when imported and saved.
Would someone be able to tell me what im doing wrong, or just send me a map with that logo model with the textures working just so I can see if its my editor or something im doing wrong.
EDIT: I should really give a reason shouldnt I, ive been keeping up with the game since last year but i live in australia and I havent found any place that gives out beta keys with sc2 preorders and I dont really want to order it off a US seller. I have got my hands on the editor and been practicing terraining but havent had a chance to play anything online :(
