Is anyone else having trouble getting their map to even show up in the games list? I can play mine if I create a game, but I don't see it in the Join Game list. I'm pretty sure I did everything correctly as far as game variants and publish settings go, but I could be wrong.
Side note: I did see like 4 different versions of my other map uploaded by random people, but that's understandable since I didn't have the game till today to upload it myself. Also I was considering fixing a few problems with it before re-uploading, but oh well.
It's called Kill Resource, and it's on each unit in the data editor, but it's in the advanced fields which you have to enable to see. I attached a picture with an arrow pointing to the advanced fields button. Hopefully that will help.
If it's like phase 2 of the beta, each game variant gets its own entry in the games list, and there's a default custom game variant that you can't remove as far as I know. I remember a thread about how to set up game variants without causing an error, I'll see if I can find that and add it to my post. Either way, even once you get the correct game variant it can be hard to make it more popular than the default variant that was up there first.
I don't have my copy of the game till Thursday (I ended up having it shipped to me instead of getting it in store, long story) so I can't test publishing yet to help you out much there.
Wow, thank you so much! I looked for so long for that. I had just about given up including the colossus in my map at this point. That fixed it, I think it was just the Signal*Arrival in COLOSSUSATTACKIMPACTSITE for me.
Basically you tell it to require the upgrade to be complete to show it. That said, I don't really understand that much about requirements yet, so experiment for yourself.
Attached a screen shot that gives a rough idea on what to do, just put in your upgrade instead of the zerg one and if you want it to disappear when the next level is researched you add Not - Count Upgrade "your level 2 upgrade" completed to the level 1 show requirement.
I made a survival type minigame which I'm calling "Heroic Defender vs. The Evil Swarm" because I'm retarded :D. Localized using Xhatix's tool. Difficulty increases every 60 seconds up to 300 seconds, you're scored based upon kills and time alive.
New version: fixed difficulty ramp up (spawns weren't coming faster over time). Apparently you can't modify a variable in a periodic trigger event (you can modify the variable but it doesn't change the event).
Future plans for it may include weapon/health power-ups, multiplayer support (currently solo only) and more. If you have any ideas for it, feel free to let me know.

You can change that unit's Push Priority (increase it). I think that's what you want anyway. It's under the movement tab for the unit.
