    So , i was wondering : we have the infested Aiur tileset from WoL , which is darker than most of the tilesets. Can you imagine how was Aiur in Sc1 before the overmind came ? In my opinion , it was full of bricks.

    Since i have to retexture the The Fall campaign for Hots , would anyone like to list the texture you would use ? I really need them :( , right now the WoL Aiur tileset is totally wrong ....

    Hey , i dont really know how to make a Grenade Ability , which in short launch a missile in the target direction , and continue its way through the map. Missile has a timed life , about 5-6 seconds. The launch missile part is done , but it explode when the target position is reached.

    Luckily , some time ago i found a same ability in the Raynor Party map , the hellion minigame , but i dont really know how to reproduce it.

    Oh , another thing : how do i make the missile explode when it reaches some walls ? Through triggers this is not possibile.

    Please , of course i'll give you credits in the map , for being such an awesome people , but just dont tell me to do one thing , i need some tutorial.

    posted a message on Launch Missle while moving

    Well , was making a same topic but instead i found this. For my mod i currently need an ability like yours , which shot a missile ( model can be changed later ) from a unit. I only know that i must create a persistent effect and a launch effect. So , since you seem to have found how to create it , could you tell me how ? :D Or simply link here the map , so i'll finally complete my fuking shitty mod :D

    Raphael , i'm interested in seeing how you managed to get those new zerg building. I tried searching the mod in the open map list on b.net , but it doesnt seem to be there. Any tips where should i find and open it ?

    Hey , i'm trying to reproduce Blizz All Stars theme , but i dont know which textures fit better together. A sand texture , 2 Dirt textures , 1 Bricks texture , 1 Grass texture , and the two " chess-style" textures. Any tips of which textures should i use ?

    I'm not sure if someone noticed it , but in Map Option now there's this option , that create a very cool effect when game start. Now , since in my map there's a little dialog screen in the start , and then a car race , i would like to trigger that effect to make the race starting countdown more professional. Any tips how to do it ?

    posted a message on Tractor Beam Unit to Unit ?

    Hello , i need a sort of Tractor Beam , similar to what the Warp Conduit in Shoot the Messenger mission did. I tried to look at the specific ability , only to understand that the Warp Conduit has 3 similar abilities.

    My question is simple , how do i manage to add that ability to the Shuttle , and when it is activated , it adds to the shuttle a speed buff , and in something like 4-5 seconds , it moves to the target unit ?

    Now that i said this , this does seems very difficult :o

    posted a message on Many Standalone Maps or just a Select-Arena Map ?

    Hey guys ! :D

    I'm having a hard time deciding what is the best for my mod , Marathon. Currently , it is a single map with 3 Tracks ( 3,3,2 Textures ) , and in the start you must chose the track you want to play. While this can be good , it just doesn't let me building crazy stuff , cuz map size is limited , also the textures are limited. I've recently came up with the following idea : make every gameplay data into a single mod , and then apply it to all maps . This could be good , because i could fully use a single tileset , instead of just 3 textures. This would mean a lot of work , tough.

    This led me to a critic decision : Should i just limit map potential or make every map standalone ? I wouldn't be able to control every feedback from player , tough.

    I dont remember putting doodads , apart lfrom ittle stuff , in the main base. Anyway , you can always select them , click enter , and then deselect the " use footprint" option.

    Check out Precursor 2. I didnt add a lot of doodads , a bit for lazyness , a bit for lack of good doodads. I gave the terrain a new style , more " blurry " and sc1 style. Hard contrast was terryfing.
