maybe I'm blind so please correct me, but I didn't find anything similar in Galaxy Editor. Sure, I could make a workarourn, but is there no direct way to get a players position in a leaderboard?
If your trying to get a Sorted Leaderboard you don't need to know there current Position to update the values for them. You can check out my Sorted Leaderboard in my Signature There position in the Leaderboard changes (Highest Kills at Top, Lowest at Bottom) but the Slot (Leaderboard Row) there in at the creation actually doesn't change in a sorted leaderboard. If you want to know there Leaderboard Position to either make it look like there Slot Position (Leaderboard Row) Changed or for other reasons then you will need the Bubble Sort or similar method to know where they are. Here is a Link to my Sorted Leaderboard in case you missed it in my Signature.
My Projects:
Sorted Multiplayer Leader Board
Card Shuffle Dialog Demo

Blizzard Fan since Starcraft. The Single Player story is AMAZING IMO, I can't wait for the Expansions. In Warcraft 3 I only enjoy the Custom Maps scene (& Blizzards...

You can create a custom leaderboard with this functionality but as far as I know, the default one does not do this.

hmmm to sad. This funktion was quite handy in WC3. Is there another way to easily sort a array by values?
Google Bubble Sort.
