where X is my shield.tga picture itself, as a picture (screenshot is attached)
So, seems like the ActorSend instead of putting my message into the text field of the actor, converts the img tag to the image, and then trying to put it in text field. Which is strange.
So, the question is:
Is it possible to send image tag to the actor's text field?
For example, I have a picture to be shown as text:
<img path="shield.tga"/>
But when I send an actor a message like this:
ActorSend(gv_actor, "SetText <img path="shield.tga"/>");
it doesn't work, because the actor recieves onlly
"SetText <img path=" part.
So, is there any way to send " letter in a String?
Or maybe there is another way to change actor's Text field present?
Ok, I jsut found out, that we can use \" to put a " char to a string.
But now this:
ActorSend(gv_actor, "SetText <img path=\"shield.tga\"/>");
throws triggerr error:
"invalid actor message: Msg(SetText X)"
where X is my shield.tga picture itself, as a picture (screenshot is attached)

Ok, I solved this. The message must contain braces like this:
"SetText {<img path=\"shield.tga\"/>}"
